4-Day Sample Itinerary

Modifications on request. This is a 4-Day add-on to any pre-existing Brazil tours.

Day 1

Arrival in Iguaçu

Our journey begins at the Foz do Iguaçu Airport, where we will meet with our guides and drive over to our hotel. We'll check-in, and have a pleasant afternoon and evening to relax and enjoy at our own leisure. Overnight.

Day 2

Iguaçu - Argentinian Side

We’ll enjoy an included breakfast at the hotel - fuel for what’s to come. We’ll then leave for our visit to the Argentinean Side of Iguassu Falls. We’ll make a quick visit to the Visitors Center, an interpretative building with giant panels showing the importance of the biodiversity of the surrounding subtropical humid forest. To get to the catwalks overlooking the falls, we will board a gas-propelled train that will take us to the Upper Falls Circuit and the Devil's Throat. Once there, we’ll take a walking tour on a flat catwalk built over the Upper Iguassu River, a distance of 1100 meters that will lead us to the lookouts, presenting a panoramic view of this magnificent waterfall: The Devil's Throat. After our adventure, we’ll head back to the hotel, where dinner will be enjoyed at our own leisure. There are many optional tour add-ons that can be enjoyed on this day. This includes touring the on-site Bird Park (over 900 birds of 150+ species around the world!), getting a backstage visit to the Bird Park, a motorboat ride up Iguazu River towards the Devils Throat, and a full moon tour where you will have the chance to see a moonbow (moon rainbow).

Day 3

Iguaçu - Brazilian Side

Wake up to another early, scenic Iguassu morning, and enjoy a beautifully prepared breakfast at the hotel. We’ll then depart to visit the Brazilian Side of the Iguassu Falls. We’ll have the chance to traverse more catwalks on a walking tour, where it will be possible to admire the falls from different viewpoints. At the end of the catwalk, we’ll have a fantastic close-up encounter with the Devil's Throat and main falls. We’ll then return to the hotel for check-out, and transfer to the Airport to board our flight to Rio de Janeiro. Breakfast is included on this day, while lunch and dinner will be enjoyed at leisure. There are many optional tour add-ons that can be enjoyed on this day. This includes touring the on-site Bird Park (over 900 birds of 150+ species around the world!), getting a backstage visit to the Bird Park, a Macuco Safari boat ride to the base of the falls, a helicopter flight above the falls, a full moon tour where you will have the chance to see a moonbow (moon rainbow), and a 6-course Brazillian Kitchen Show.

Day 4

Departure

On our final day, we will say our goodbyes over our last included breakfast and depart from Foz do Iguaçu Airport. Sadly, our adventure comes to a close here, but we’ve properly explored a world renown site that will be etched into our mind for a lifetime.
